Behold, a tiny Teisco! This adorable extremely short scale bass has a scale length no longer than a Strat (25.5"), so if you like your necks big and chunky, look away now. This thing feels like a guitar with bass strings on it, ideal for smaller hands. Super cool flower inlays on the pickguard and a super fun, quirky shape, this thing oozes retro vibe and feel. Unfortunately no model number or identifiers here, this guy is pre-stamp and pre-serials for Teisco, but we date it to some time in the early 60s.

In good condition for it's age, this little bass has it's fair share of bumps, chips and bruises. Plays okay but has a few rattles here and there, the frets are quite worn but the bass has been setup professionally and is acceptable. We've installed a brand new wiring harness with 500K Alpha pots and a new Switchcraft jack socket to keep the tone rock solid. Truss is working fine and the action is comfortable and the original square pole pickup has a sweet, well rounded tone.
