A rare bird indeed ....

You won't find this 1975 Greco SG in any catalog and it doesn't have a specific model name or number (as far as we can tell). That means one of two things. One, it was custom ordered by someone in 1975 to these specifications, or two, it is a factory one-off/extremely limited run model. We've had a Greco specialist certify the authenticity of the guitar and its specs (here's looking at Mojo Stompboxes). This guitar is all original from the factory bar a fresh jack socket (a tasteful mod for a guitar of this vintage). The fat ring mounted P90s are original, as well as the harmonica bridge and double ply inverted neck binding (cream, black, cream dots). It sports a factory walnut finish, small but comfortable frets and an extremely comfortable medium neck profile. 

This is without a doubt one of the best 70s SGs we've ever seen, it plays incredibly and sounds unreal. There are a few small chips on the finish exposing the beautifully grained mahogany but other than that the guitar has been set up with 1046s, a new jack and is playing slick. Guitar comes with its original hard shell case.
