A tastefully worn and relic'd '62 reissue, this beautiful Stratocaster has wear in all the right places and is modified to be equipped with the finest Seymour Duncan SSL-1 single coils for authentic 50s spank and chime. Combined with excellent playability and the highest quality of manufacturing from the Fujigen factory in the mid 90s, this classic Strat is ready for action. If the SSL-1s aren't your thing, the original ceramic single coils are included to revert the guitar back to original specification. Crafted from basswood and finished in aged Olympic White, it has all the early 60s aesthetic appointments.
Featuring a solid maple neck and a beautifully figured rosewood fingerboard, it's classic Strat from nut to saddle here with excellent playability and loads of fret life left with only the slightest indication of pitting on the original narrow frets. Nut width measures 42mm and vintage style machine heads keep the tuning nice and stable.
As mentioned, the guitar is equipped with Seymour Duncan SSL-1s, featuring hand-ground alnico 5 rod magnets and Formvar mag wire specially wound in a unique pattern. The unmistakably bright and glassy bell tone has a lively bounce and dazzling sparkle akin to the finest 50s Strat pickups, offering a crisp and prompt treble attack with precise low end articulation. Every chord resonates with distinct note-to-note differentiation.
The guitar has been professionally setup and serviced with 10-46s and is playing like a dream. The condition of the guitar is very good with a combination of both genuine wear and simulated wear to give the guitar a played-in, well aged look and feel. The neck has also been lightly sanded and feels fantastic in the hands. Comes with a gig-ready Gator hard case!

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!
How long does shipping take?
It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:
For "Standard" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
- QLD: 3-5 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
- QLD: 1-2 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
