1968 Teisco V2 Candy Apple Red Mosrite Offset

Another super fun and quirky Teisco! Teiscos are becoming highly collectable and sought after thanks to their whacky designs, awesome pickups and all round bang for your buck vintage. This one ticks all the boxes, it's a 1968 V2 with a nice candy apple red finish and deeply German carved body. This was one of Teiscos higher end models and features contoured back edges, matching bound headstock and twin blade pickups (bridge pickup on this one has been swapped for a different spec Teisco pickup).

This one came to us needing a fair bit of work to get her into shape, all work conducted has significantly improved the instrument and will provide longevity and playability for many years to come! As well as a full service with 10-46s, we've installed new Alpha pots, Switchcraft USA jack socket, Kluson style machine heads and new chrome scratchplate screws all round. This guitar has great surfy twang to it and plays very nicely. The tremolo system is missing it's spring and arm so is currently setup as a 'hardtail'. This is easily reversible.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
