Factory cherry finish, unfaded with all gold hardware? Check. Original triple gold tarback humbuckers? Check. Completely original in every detail, stored under a bed completely untouched for 40+ years? Check! A total barn find and in absolutely spectacular condition, this SG Custom came to us after 40 years in storage a little dusty and dirty, but oh man has she shined up like a new penny.
All original down to the last screw, spring and solder joint, not only does this guitar present in virtually as-new condition, but also features it's original red velvet Gibson branded case, Norlin era hang tags, Gibson branded strings, Japanese warranty card and a Gibson branded strap and cable!
This guitar has just had a full service and setup and plays like a total dream. Every aspect of the guitar has been gone over and no detail or expense spared in making sure this guitar is as good as it can be now that it is out of storage. The guitar is perfectly balanced at a very comfortable 3.4kg, the neck profile is perfection for an SG and the triple humbuckers sound absolutely amazing. This is a true collector's piece, do not miss out on owning a piece of untouched Norlin history!

How much is shipping?
We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!
How long does shipping take?
It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:
For "Standard" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
- QLD: 3-5 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
- QLD: 1-2 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
