Oh what's that? You thought the Dark Night finish was new and revolutionary? No, they were spraying it back in 1990, and it was called "Blue Pearl Burst". But in typical Fender fashion they rebranded it and charged more for it. Anyway that's enough Fender bashing. A rather rare factory colour for a Strat Plus, if you stare long enough you'll start to recognise some elements of our solar system in the finish, it's incredibly deep and glossy. Triple Lace Sensor pickups, Wilkinson roller nut and Schaller locking tuners all standard!

This guitar came to us in need of some work, so we've overhauled it with some tasty bits and pieces and a fresh wiring harness. 500K CTS pots, DiMarzio 5-way switch, Switchcraft jack socket, fresh chrome dome screws and a new backplate. The original Lace Sensors are clear and chimey and somehow we don't think you'll miss the often misconstrued TBX circuit in favour of a classic Strat tone circuit with a 0.047uF cap providing sweet roll off. 10-46s and a full setup to top it all off, this is a super lightweight guitar with a slim neck and a fast action. Comes with it's original hard shell case!
