Early 1970s Greco Jazz Bass JB-450 (MIJ)
Made by Matsumoku group in the early 70s, the JB-450 was the not-so-Jazz Jazz Bass copy that shared many similarities with it's Fender counterpart, however differed in many ways. Sen Ash body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, this one weighs a very reasonable 4.0kg making it very comfortable to play.
In player's grade condition, this one has had it's bridge humbucker swapped out (original Maxon in the neck sounds unreal), a Badass style high mass bridge, new knobs and replaced pickguard screws, as well as a Switchcraft jack socket we've just installed. Just back from a professional setup with 45-100s, this one is a slinky player with a great vintage tone.
