With the TriplePlay ConnectTM controller and the TriplePlay Connect App, your guitar and imagination, you can create music, explore soundscapes, share, interact and HAVE FUN!
TriplePlay Connect is the bridge between your guitar and your iPad. Simply download the free TriplePlay Connect iOS app from the App Store and plug the cable into your iPad to create new sounds, instruments, songs and more.
Get inspired and engage with your guitar in a whole new way. With TriplePlay Connect and your guitar, you can play and control virtual instruments, perform songs and share them online, create, share and play loops and audio files, or turn your guitar into a whole band!
TriplePlay Connect also works as a MIDI controller for Mac and PC apps and sound libraries.

How much is shipping?
We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!
How long does shipping take?
It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:
For "Standard" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
- QLD: 3-5 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
- VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
- QLD: 1-2 days
- NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.

We ship to most destinations in Australia, as well as overseas! We've shipped all over the world and if you're an international buyer, g'day and welcome!
