A super cool and quirky guitar from the masterminds of late '60s Yamaha, the SA-30T is a Gibson ES-335 style guitar featuring a fully hollow body, carved maple top, back and sides, feedback busting F-holes and hum-cancelling single coils which were quite the innovation at the time. The attention to detail on this little jazz machine is something special, the inlay and binding work is extremely intricate and the body and headstock shape are very unique in their own right. The tone of the pickups is somewhere inbetween single coil and humbucker with a rich top end and clear bass frequencies without being too boomy. 

This guitar is in very good condition for it's age, however it is no case queen. There is a moderate share of small dings and scratches on the front and back of the body along with some buckle rash, however it's all very honest and the guitar has suffered no structural breaks or cracks in it's life. Someone has also moved the strap pin to the upper cutaway (practical!) and it's also missing the top of the pickup balance knob (good luck ever replacing that!), but this has no effect on the control and is merely visual. Just had it's professional setup with 10-46s and she's playing like a dream.  Comes with it's original blue velvet case!
